President's Award of Excellence

Crane began at LRCC as an honors Business Management student, following in her mother’s footsteps, Crystal Winward (Franklin-not pictured), an honors Accounting graduate at LRCC in 2007.

"I felt honored and surprised to receive LRCC’s Graphic Design Award of Excellence," says Crane, who was also a recipient of the H. James Tyler Memorial Scholarship and served as a member of the Prescott Hill Authors Society.”Working really hard as a first year student in Graphic Design, I didn’t realize that effort would pay off so well."

Crane’s dream is to work with her fiancé, Jesse Gamblin (Laconia-not pictured), doing graphic design for his registered record label, Wigsplit Records, encompassing multiple genres. Crane and Gamblin’s desire is to provide opportunity for aspiring Lakes Region musical artists.

Crane also anticipates continuing her education in Graphic Design at Rutgers University Mason Gross School of the Arts in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
