Honor Society Induction Ceremony

"Being a member of Phi Theta Kappa is reassuring from an academic perspective," says Cloutier who is graduating from LRCC this semester and will transfer to Oklahoma State University to earn the Bachelor’s Degree in Fire Science and Protection. "A community college is a great starting point for anyone and I look forward to continuing my education at OSU."
"Being inducted into Phi Theta Kappa is such an honor," says Cornelissen, a transfer student from University of New Hampshire – Durham. "As students, we strive for academic excellence. It’s nice to recognize LRCC students individually who go that extra mile and work hard to better themselves and their communities."
Joining Cloutier and Cornelissen were Natasha Avery (Laconia), Sean Boivin (Phillips, ME), Joshua Bureau (Laconia), Helen Case (Laconia), Colleen Gould (Gilford), Angela Guyotte (Campton), Noah Hallgren (Berlin), Peter Hicks (Campton), Raymond King (Manchester), Kyle Levesque (Danbury), Michelle Moore (Franklin), Raymond Mudgett (Moultonborough), Katherine Smith (Bristol), Jenna Stapleton (Gilmanton), Jason Stelmach (Laconia), Davina Walker (Plymouth), and Geoffrey Weiler (Gilmanton Iron Works).
Today, Phi Theta Kappa is the largest honor society in American higher education with more than 1.5 million members and 1,200 chapters located in 50 United States, U.S. territories, Canada, Germany, and Japan.
