The gentlemen opened their entrepreneurial endeavor one month ago. The business sells "Bear Necessities," multiple specialty coffees, cappuccino, latte, organic tea, chai, espresso, hot coca, and multiple flavor shots. "With five different flavors of coffee and twenty different kinds of shots, My Coffee House has one hundred different flavors," says Brandon Morin who needs just three more classes to complete his Lakes Region Community College (LRCC) Culinary Arts Associate Degree. "It’s quite a variety if you think about it."

At this point, My Coffee House’s best selling product category is gourmet sandwiches and the Morin’s do catering for weddings, parties, open houses, banquets, and reunions, making beautiful platters for all occasions. "Probably the most beneficial LRCC classes to the business have been my culinary arts classes, how to make food platters look good, make them more eye appealing," continues Morin. "The new business is exciting!"
